Work Diary - Shoot 1 - Initial Response Shoot

In my initial response shoot the topic i began shooting with was the weather. It was a cold grey day and there wasn't a large amount of ideas that came to mind for me to photograph. As the weather will continue to be grey and cold for the next couple of weeks there will not be a lot of things for me to photograph.This is one of the photographs that i shot during my weather shoot, it is showing the raindrops on the leaves of a plant, this is showing that it has rained but is no longer raining.

Whilst on my break, there was a discussion among those who chose the topic weather and we found several problems with picking this topic. I made the decision to change topic to evidence, so after break i went out to try and capture some photographs which show evidence. The most common thing to find around the college was evidence that people had been there. I can also use some of the photographs from my weather shoot as examples of specific weathers for example a puddle is evidence that is has rained.

Progression; In my next shoot i will focus on evidence that people have been there, looking for things such as ruins, graffiti , rubbish etc. From looking on google i have found photographs similar to the ones im thinking of.
